Youth Program
The Mino Bimaadiziwin Program provides community-based and culturally relevant programs and services for children, youth and their caregivers who have experienced violence and unhealthy relationships in the home or community.
Rooted in the Medicine Wheel and Seven Grandfather Teachings, the program supports youth in building cultural identity, life skills and safety planning.
Mino Bimaadiziwin is an Anishinaabemowin phrase meaning “to live the good life”.

With a focus on early intervention, the goal is to avoid the need for more intensive supports later in life. Help honour the voices of our children so that we can strengthen the entire family unit and ultimately the community.
