• DREAM CATCHER - Decaffeinated Latin American coffee is produced using the Swiss Water Process to remove most of the caffeine. It's full of comforting flavours of brown bread and nuts with an earthy finish.
• INDIGENOUS - A sweet and syrupy espresso blend that combines coffee from Latin American and Ethiopian small-producers highlighted by notes of chocolate, maple syrup, dried fruits and roasted hazelnuts.
• INUKSHUK - A balanced coffee with a full body and notes of sweet spices, molasses and dark chocolate with a hint of smoke.
• TWO SPIRITS - This coffee brings the complementary qualities of African and Latin American coffees together to create a lively and sweet coffee brimming with brown sugar and roasted almond flavours, finishing with subtle notes of citrus and vanilla.
• COUREURS DES BOIS - Rich and fruity with a subtle acidity, this coffee has flavours reminiscent of caramel, roasted almonds, field berries and citrus fruit.
• SUMMER SOLSTICE - These beans are sourced from small farmer-owned co-operatives in Latin America and roasted to create bold flavours of dark chocolate and black pepper with a smoky finish.
• OUR SPIRIT - *LIMITED EDITION* In collaboration with Rightsleeve, Birch Bark Coffee Co. has created OUR SPIRIT blend in recognition of Red Dress Day on May 5.  OUR SPIRIT is a special blend of Latin American coffee roasted on the darker side, with a velvety-smooth flavour, featuring aromas of burnt honey, pipe tobacco and cocoa powder. OUR SPIRIT is served ground.
